Assist in managing the promotional planning calendar and maintaining the central promo tracker for Key Account Merchants.
Support the end-to-end promo setup process by coordinating with Regional, Marketing, Marketing Ops, and Sales teams to collect requirements, confirm timelines, and communicate updates.
Campaign Execution & Coordination
Help monitor promo execution timelines and ensure all teams are informed of campaign status, changes, and next steps.
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for operational questions related to promo setup and live campaigns.
Proactively flag delays or issues to the manager and help coordinate solutions.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track promo performance data (usage, uptake) prepare regular performance reports and post-campaign summaries for review by the manager.
Financial & Billing Support
Work closely with the Finance Operations team to gather and validate promo performance data for co-fund calculations.
Help compile and organize finalized promo data to ensure accurate and timely merchant billing.
Maintain clear and organized records of all promotional campaigns, agreements, and financial documentation.
Process Documentation & Improvements
Help document promo management workflows, meeting notes, and action items.
Identify opportunities to improve tracking tools, reporting templates, and communication processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
13 years of experience in operations, promo coordination, sales support, or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets/Excel) and interest in data tracking/reporting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate across multiple teams.
Proactive, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of marketing or sales operations is a plus.
