Support strategic Digital Product projects, including feature launches, product enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives.
Drive project execution by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders across teams.
Manage business performance and growth initiatives across Investment products.
Manage business performance and growth initiatives across Insurance products.
Execute campaigns, product assortment, and partner coordination for Investment and Insurance businesses.
Monitor key business metrics and identify opportunities to improve performance and drive growth.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential business improvements.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to optimize user journeys and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in business development, category management, project management, e-commerce, fintech, consulting, or related fields. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL experience is a plus, but not required.
Good project management and execution skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in digital products and financial services.
Prior experience or knowledge in Investment, Insurance, or other fintech products is a plus, but not required.
Good written and verbal English proficiency in a professional environment.
