Business Development & Partnerships Lead (Door-Opener) | Indo Property Hub | Bali

Do you know the right people, and do you know how to turn a coffee into a contract We're looking for a hustler.

Indo Property Hub (IPH) is a fast-growing Indonesian property platform based in Bali. We're signing our first major partners now, and we want one person who can open doors with Indonesia's developers, large agencies, banks and government, then convert those relationships into deals and opportunities.

What you'll do

• Build and own relationships with property developers, large real estate agencies, banks (home loan and developer partnership teams) and government bodies.
• Turn those relationships into signed partnerships, led by our Rp100M 12-month Corporate Partnership for developers.
• Represent IPH at industry events, association meetings and networking functions.
• Work directly with the founder to shape IPH's partnership strategy.

What you bring

• A proven track record in business development, partnerships or B2B sales in property, banking, proptech or a related field.
• A real network, not just a LinkedIn one. You can pick up the phone to decision-makers.
• Native or fluent Bahasa Indonesia and strong English.
• Hustle, resilience and the drive to make things happen at a startup.
• Based in Bali, or willing to relocate.

What we offer

• Base salary of Rp15M a month.
• A Rp10M bonus for every Rp100M partnership signed.
• A Rp25M fast-start bonus for 4 signed partnerships in your first 60 days.
• Salary increases as your role progresses in the company.
• A clear path to Head of Partnerships as IPH grows.
