Initially started as an Education Agent and a professional English School in Bali, Jakarta, and Surabaya, the company has since expanded to Immigration Consultancy and energy business. With over 10 years of experience, ONE derland Enterprise has developed a resort in Gili Trawangan, Indonesia, and established a recruitment agency. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development professional located in Denpasar. The Business Development role involves :

1. Respond to potential customer and client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and live chat
2. Address client issues and find solutions that meet their needs
3. Upsell company recruitment services to potential customers and clients through cold-calling
4. Meet and exceed sales goals
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of potential customers and clients
6. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and sales strategies

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
2. Preferably residing in Bali or willing to work in the Denpasar area
3. Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales
4. Open to all nationalities; English fluency is compulsory
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
7. Positive and proactive attitude
8. Sales-driven mindset
9. Honest, loyal, fast learner, team player, and positive attitude
10. Ability to quickly adapt to new changes and work under pressure
