Role Description The Business Development Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting financial products and services aligned with the company's strategy. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing financial and market data, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to support client engagements. The Business Development Officer will also handle client inquiries, provide service support, and contribute to business growth initiatives through effective communication and follow-up.

- Strong new business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building.
- Analytical skills to interpret financial data, market trends, and performance metrics.
