Role Description

The Business Development Officer is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting VIFX's financial products and services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying potential clients, conducting meetings and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. The Business Development Officer will analyze market trends, track performance metrics, and provide input on business strategies to support growth objectives. The role also involves delivering high-quality customer service, managing follow-ups, and ensuring clients receive clear and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and a good understanding of Finance to interpret market data and support informed business decisions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, for client engagement, presentations, and internal collaboration.
• Candidates should possess a customer-focused mindset and strong Customer Service skills to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field are beneficial.
• Experience in brokerage, financial services, or investment products is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools, and professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
