Role Description

As a Business Development Officer, you will serve as the primary ambassador for our company, driving business growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management. This role combines a consultative sales approach with exceptional service delivery, from making a memorable first impression to retaining high-value clients. You will play a crucial part in understanding client challenges, presenting tailored solutions, and cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Job Description

• Client Acquisition sebagai titik kontak pertama yang memberikan impresi positif tentang perusahaan kepada calon klient.
• Client Handling dimana Anda akan menangani keluhan, pertanyaan, atau kendala teknis yang dialami klient dengan cepat dan solutif.
• Client Retention & Maintanance dimana Anda akan menjaga komunikasi berkelanjutan dengan klient.
• Consultative Selling dimana Anda akan memberikan konsultasi yang menjadi solusi terbaik bagi masalah klient.
