• To achieve Agency Monthly and Annual Quantitative Business Plan Objectives

and Agency Sales and Manpower targets

• To monitor and manage agency key outputs and input metrics related to

quantitative and qualitative sales and manpower targets

• .To execute Agency growth and development Strategic, and Tactical initiatives

and Projects

• To engage and Lead Agency towards the Company's Vision, Core Values and

Strategic Objectives

• To Collaborate with Other departments in Agency and the Company to achieve

Agency and the Company's Collective Annual Business Plan and Long Term
Strategic Objectives

• To Build a Good Communication and Relationship with Agency and making sure

the communication reach out to the Target audience

• To have a Business Sense by understanding and closer to the Business process

and Agency field

• To Update Regularly the tasks, initiatives and progress of the Execution in

Agency

• To Review Business Performance of the Agency Leaders and Prepare the Right

Support for Business Growth

• To Meet Regularly with Agency Leader and visit to Agency Office to add value

for business development
