Now, we are expanding our business activities in Indonesia and looking for a Business Development Officer to support our Business growth and market development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support business development and trading activities in Indonesia

• Identify potential suppliers, customers, and business opportunities

• Maintain relationships with business partners and external stakeholders

• Coordinate with internal teams for sourcing, logistics, and operational matters

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Support business meetings, visits, and field activities when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Management, International Trade, or related field

• Minimum 2 years experience in Business Development, Trading, Sales, or related roles

• Knowledge and understanding of the agriculture industry

• Good networking and connections within the food industry

• Energetic, proactive, and hard working

• Able to work under close supervision and gradually work independently

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

• Willing to travel if needed

Preferred:

• Experience in trading company or agriculture industry

• Experience working with multinational teams
