Lead the acquisition and account management of Non-Electronics merchants, from prospecting and onboarding to activation and ongoing engagement.
Build and maintain strong merchant relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive SPayLater adoption and transaction performance.
Monitor merchant performance, address key issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and sustainable growth.
Support the management of strategic brand partnerships and Whitelabel BNPL programs, including commercial discussions, project coordination, and post-launch performance monitoring.
Manage day-to-day relationships with brand partners and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and expansion opportunities.
Prepare partnership proposals, commercial materials, and performance updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, Tech, and other relevant teams to support merchant and brand partnership initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools, while gathering partner and merchant feedback to drive product and business improvements.
Prepare regular updates on merchant portfolio performance, acquisition pipeline, and partnership initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management, or other related fields from a reputable university. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, key account management, or a similar client-facing commercial role; experience in fintech, BNPL, or with brand principals is a strong plus.
Proven ability to win partnership deals end-to-end, from pitching and negotiation through to contracting and launch, and to manage the relationship afterward.
Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple whitelabel initiatives with different partners and internal stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent communication, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve business problems using data and insights.
Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working toward challenging business targets in a dynamic environment.
