Adecco Indonesia is currently hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing technology company specializing in AI-powered video and digital content solutions, as they expand their business in Indonesia.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is passionate about AI, digital media, content creation, and technology, with strong experience in building new business and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for an AI-powered video and short drama generation platform in Indonesia.
- Identify and approach potential clients across:
- Digital and advertising agencies
- MCNs and creator agencies
- E-commerce brands and sellers
- Corporate marketing teams
- Media and production companies
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and strategic partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present AI-powered content solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and work closely with Product and Technical teams to develop suitable solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Achieve sales and business development targets.
- Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Digital Marketing, Media, SaaS, AI, or related industries.
- Existing network within advertising agencies, media companies, content creators, MCNs, or e-commerce businesses is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about AI technology, digital content, and innovation.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Mandarin is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with TikTok, YouTube, Meta, or other digital content ecosystems.
- Familiarity with generative AI, AI content creation tools, or video production workflows.
- Experience in SaaS, AI software, cloud solutions, or enterprise technology sales.
