Business Development - Mandarin Speaker

Kontrak Hukum (PT Legal Tekno Digital) — the company behind KontrakHukum.com, a fast-growing digital legal services platform is looking for a Business Development Professional to support our expansion into Chinese-speaking markets.

About the Role

You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping expand our presence in new markets. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, commercially driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and manage relationships with Chinese-speaking clients and partners
• Present and explain our legal, tax, and accounting services
• Collaborate with internal teams to convert leads into clients
• Support market expansion and strategic growth initiatives

Requirements

• Business fluent or native-level proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
• HSK Level 2 or 3 certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Strong command of English and Indonesian for internal communication and reporting.
• Target-driven with a proactive mindset
• Able to work independently in a dynamic environment
