Business Development Manager

VS One World is expanding its footprint in Indonesia and we&aposre looking for an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead the charge. This is more than a sales roleit&aposs a chance to shape the future of ICT solutions in a rapidly evolving landscape. Youll be at the forefront of identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships and delivering value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in BFSI, Telco and other key sectors from Indonesia.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

Collaborate with offshore technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and services.

Monitor and report on sales performance with the offshore team from Sri Lanka/Singapore.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the ICT solution sales and connected to BFSI, Gov & Telco clientele. Experience in selling Software licenses, implementation services and maintenance services are added advantage.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English & Bahasa.

Familiarity with global ICT trends and market dynamics.

Generate Leads using multiple avenues.

Willingness to travel within the country as needed.
