Adecco Indonesia is collaborating with a leading global medical device company to find a Business Development Manager for their Urology and Endoscopy division in Indonesia. This is a commercially focused role for someone who understands how to grow business through strong dealer relationships and deep engagement with key healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience in medical device sales, with a focus in urology or endo-urology
- Product Specialist, Product Managers, Business Development Experience in endo-urology are preferred
- Background from top MNC medical device companies (principal experience)
- Proven track record in dealer and distributor management
- Strong ability to engage HCPs and build KOL relationships in the urology or endoscopy space
- Experience handling promotional activities, conference negotiations, and go-to-market execution
- Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Description:
- Managing and growing relationships with key dealers and distributors across Indonesia
- Engaging directly with urologists, specialists, and key opinion leaders to drive product adoption
- Planning and executing promotional activities, CME events, and conference engagements
- Working closely with the dealer team to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Negotiating conference and event sponsorships with hospitals and medical associations
- Operating independently to manage territory strategy and business planning
