Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with key partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of networking products, channel distribution, and business strategy.

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key partners, distributors, and resellers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to implement promotional campaigns and brand positioning.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements to drive profitability.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of market developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or channel management, preferably in the Networking or IT industry.
  • Proven track record of successful B2B projects especially in Hospitality, Manufacture, Retail and Education
  • Established relationships with multiple partners (System Integrator, Distributor)
  • Strong understanding of networking products and solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
