Business Development Manager

This is a contract on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Surabaya. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and preparing proposals and presentations. The role also requires collaborating with other departments to tailor solutions for clients and providing market insights to shape strategic decisions.

• Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
• Experience in market analysis, business strategy development, and identifying business opportunities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting, documenting, and securing client proposals
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in using CRM tools or other sales management systems
• Understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and transportation solutions is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in an onsite environment
