Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive top-line growth across key sectors.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships that enhance our market position, product offerings, or distribution channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads, moving prospects through the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
- Collaborate with leadership to define partnership frameworks, deal structures, and go-to-market plans.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitor activities.
- Develop and deliver persuasive business proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches.
- Serve as the company's representative at industry events, forums, and client meetings.
- Track KPIs, revenue targets, and deal flow using CRM tools and regular reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 35 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of driving growth through partnerships and direct sales initiatives.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting to C-level stakeholders.
- Experience in FMCG, Food Services is a plus.
