Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the software/ERP industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Build Strategic Sales Pipeline, analyze markets and Industry trends, track sales and status reports.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software/ERP industries to meet sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and partners in the software/ERP industries
  • Develop and manage Business Development team member to achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Present solutions and investment benefit to existing and prospective customers.
  • Develop proposal, contract, or any administrative and legal documents needed
  • Expedite the resolution of customer request within internal cross department to bring the solutions.
  • Coordinate sales lifecycle activity with team members and other departments (presales, consulting and support)
  • Supply management with reports on sales lifecycle and pipeline generation.

Qualifications:

  • Graduated from reputable university, local and overseas.
  • At least 2(two) years experience in managerial role and 5(five) years experience in sales or business development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Solution oriented.
  • Experience in IT/Software/Consulting industries is an advantage
  • Independent, creative, team player, target oriented person and capable to build sales pipeline.
  • High-self-confidence, communicative & talkative.
  • Able to work in limited time schedule and quality working standard.
  • Able to manage resources and team involved in the complete selling-cycle.
  • Fluent in English, excellent communication and presentation skill and able to communicate with several levels of person in the organization.
  • Excellent writing skill, business proposal, letter, etc. both in English and Indonesia.
  • Familiar and fluently to work with personal productivity tools such as word processing, spreadsheet, presentation as well as project management applications.
  • Knowledge in Digital Marketing activation and campaign is an advantage
