Responsibilities
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Building and maintaining strong, long lasting customer relationship.
Negotiate contracts and close agreement to maximize profits.
Develop new business with existing clients.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Evidence of the ability to practice and coach organization managers in the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, from reputable University in any discipline.
Having experience in HR services industry minimum 5 Years.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, in English and Indonesia.
Proficient in Mandarin is a plus.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
Excellent organizational management skills.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of excel.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainly.
