Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Manager of Business Development to lead and scale our partnership ecosystem across the payments landscape.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies across banks, PSPs, aggregators, QRIS, VA providers, acquirers, POS/SaaS, and platform partners.
  • Lead end-to-end partner management including sourcing, onboarding, negotiations, and commercial structuring.
  • Own partner and vendor governance covering contracts, pricing, MDR, revenue share, and performance management.
  • Establish partner scorecards and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure successful integrations and execution.
  • Lead strategic commercial negotiations including pricing models, settlement structures, exclusivity, and joint initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations (BI/OJK), and the competitive landscape.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Business Development or Partnerships within fintech, payments, or financial services.
  • Strong experience managing partners across the payments ecosystem.
  • Proven commercial negotiation and deal structuring expertise.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
