We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Manager of Business Development to lead and scale our partnership ecosystem across the payments landscape.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute partnership strategies across banks, PSPs, aggregators, QRIS, VA providers, acquirers, POS/SaaS, and platform partners.
- Lead end-to-end partner management including sourcing, onboarding, negotiations, and commercial structuring.
- Own partner and vendor governance covering contracts, pricing, MDR, revenue share, and performance management.
- Establish partner scorecards and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure successful integrations and execution.
- Lead strategic commercial negotiations including pricing models, settlement structures, exclusivity, and joint initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations (BI/OJK), and the competitive landscape.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Business Development or Partnerships within fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Strong experience managing partners across the payments ecosystem.
- Proven commercial negotiation and deal structuring expertise.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Business-level English proficiency.
