Job Description

  • Building new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in Technical Service Management, Project Management, and Non-IT Management Services.
  • Leading and developing the business development team to meet sales targets.
  • Designing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with operations and technical teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Contributing to service development based on market trends.
  • Monitoring business performance and reporting to management.

Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in business development or sales, including 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Technical Skills

  • Solid understanding of services such as Field Service, Project Deployment, IT Security, and Non-IT services.
  • Ability to analyze markets and develop data-driven business strategies.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams to achieve targets.
  • Results-oriented and proactive in tackling challenges.
