Business Development Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Our client looking for Business Development Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to support the company's strategic growth initiatives, investment opportunities, partnerships, and business expansion within the mining and metals sector.

Requirement :

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Mining, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Commercial, Investment, or Project Development roles.
• Experience within Mining, Metals, Natural Resources, Energy, Infrastructure, or Heavy Industry sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis capabilities.
• Proven track record in managing strategic partnerships and business negotiations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Preferred

• Experience working with Chinese investors, EPC contractors, mining companies, or strategic partners.
• Exposure to large scale mining projects, project development, or investment evaluations.
• Strong understanding of mining industry dynamics and commodity markets.
