Profile Description

17+ years of total experience

12+ years in consulta ve sales/Business development of Informa on Technology within the BFSI, Telecom sectors in Indonesia alongside of demonstra ng success in acquiring and managing clients of the said sectors

7+ years in driving large bids direc ng small and virtual teams and sales strategy development and execu on to WIN mul-year and mul-million-dollar business

5+ years experience in the afore men oned domains and leading Service Integrators sales pursuits Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaboration & Leadership:

o Articulate and manage the client value proposi on, with the support from global prac ces, client Industry ver cal across the designated ver cals

o Weekly reports to be submi ed to Country Head with updates on mee ngs, opportuni es o Report and track target achievements for the Telecom and BFSI

o Responsibility and KPI is to bring in TCV and Revenue and these metrics would be measured Requirements for this Role: Mandatory:

Dynamic , out of the box thinking with a Go-Ge er a tude to go a er a new logos

Extensive consultative sales experience

Management experience direc ng and mo va ng bid teams

Experience in marke ng to the buying organisations within target accounts

Graduate with 15+ years of post-qualifica on experience Others:

Overall understanding of the Informa on Technology Products & Services, and Technology Governance in an Outsourced Environment

Ability to influence clients buying paterns

Experience working with techies located in interna onal loca ons virtually

Knowledge of Domain, Opera ons IT, IT Infrastructure, Cloud and Digital / Security products and services

Understanding of sales process, buying process in sectors, in the domains as men oned above Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execu on:

o Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the Telecom, BFSI vertical

o Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and contract nego a ons. o Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on sales performance o Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

o Generate leads through personal and professional network and research

o Need to bring in New Logos in the Telecom and BFSI space

Client Acquisi on & Rela onship Management:

o Prospect for poten al new clients and turn this into increased business.

o Generate leads through personal and professional network and research o Bring in New Logos in the Telecom, BFSI Industry o Established network of senior contacts (CXOs, Heads of Product, Opera ons, Technology) in leading companies

o Meet poten al clients, decision-makers, and CXOs within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities

o Identify and set-up execu ve meetings with poten al clients, and the decision makers within the client prospect organiza on

o Meet potential clients within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities o Identify and set-up executive meetings with potential clients, and the decision makers within the client prospect organization
