Avows Technologies is an IT Consultant company focused on delivering high-quality technology solutions and professional resources to our clients. We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager who is driven, strategic, and passionate about growing business in the technology sector
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within IT Services and IT Outsourcing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Drive end-to-end sales activities, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closing.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop sales strategies and account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements in alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, preferably in IT Services or IT Outsourcing.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions, managed services, or resource outsourcing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented with strong commercial and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work from office (WFO).
