Main Responsibility:
1. Generate new business leading by proactively search for potential customers through database or networking.
2. Attend meetings and present company's profile & products/services to customers virtually or during sales visits.
3. Liaise with costing analyst to prepare pricing scheme.
4. Prepare a proposal for customers, Complete administrative work, Manage service contracts, check on expiration date and make renewals.
5. Achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
6. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional service.
7. Effectively coordinate activities with Commercial, Operation, Accounting, and Legal.
8. Occasional local travel to meet customers.
9. Have several Business Development Executives under your organization.
Requirement :
Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree.
Excellent spoken and written in English, strong communication skill.
The ability to influence and negotiate with customers.
Excellent PC skills with emphasis on presentation and modelling (Word, Power Point, Excel).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
Preferably Sales / Marketing / Business Development experienced in dealing with corporate / B2B
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Logistics/Financial Institution/Banking Industry).
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Attractive appearance, communicative, and hard worker.
Can work independently.
Excellent in sales, interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Willingness to work long hours to meet deadlines
Proven ability to analyze market and customers, to identify areas of improvement and predict future potential business.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
