Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sudirman, Jakarta Pusat for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives, identify and acquire new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic sales plans, manage sales pipelines, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities also include conducting market analysis, leading negotiations, and providing regular performance reports to senior management to ensure the success of sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Strategies, Business Development, and Client Acquisition
  • Proficiency in Team Leadership, Relationship Management, and Negotiation
  • Experience in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Driving Revenue Growth
  • Familiarity with IT services specially Cybersecurity product/solution (Fortinet, CrowdStrike, F5, Trend Micro)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
