Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Actively hunt for new business opportunities across media campaigns, talent activations, creative projects, and top-up collaborations.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with consistent outreach, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
  • Support the development of proposals, rate cards, and pitch materials to secure deals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to package GGWP's offerings into clear, attractive commercial solutions.
  • Assist in negotiations, contract discussions, and coordination with clients and partners.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell potential for existing clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, brand campaigns, and competitor movements to support sales activities.
  • Attend events and networking opportunities to help generate leads and open doors for new business.
  • Ensure smooth execution of signed deals by coordinating with operations teams to maintain client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
  • High drive for achieving sales targets and building revenue growth.
  • Strong network in gaming, esports, or talent community is a strong plus.
  • Passion for gaming and digital culture is an advantage.
