Responsibilities

To ensure the company effectively and efficiently achieves its goals while maximizing the capabilities of PHG Innovations, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our PHG Innovations team, specializing in Portfolio Management for Ethical division.

This Strategic Role Requires a Combination Of Industry Expertise, Leadership Skills, And An Entrepreneurial Mindset To Drive Growth And Innovation. The Primary Responsibilities Include Analyzing And Executing Activities Related To:

Strategic Business Development.

  • Identify new business opportunities and evaluate business strategies.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnerships opportunities.
  • Negotiate and establish agreements with partners to expand the portfolio.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, market assessments, and risk evaluations for new business ventures.
  • Develop business cases proposal, financial evaluation, and strategic plans.

New Product Development.

  • New Product Idea generation and evaluate ideas for New Product Portfolio.
  • Search for new external sources (new partners) for Finished Goods.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing partners to explore additional product opportunities.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, market assessments, risk evaluations and develop project proposals for New Product portfolio.
  • Oversee and monitor the progress of product and project planning in collaboration with the Project Management Team.
  • Monitor existing product issues in collaboration with the Project Management Team.

Market Monitoring.

  • Continuously monitor Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Evaluate and analyze market dynamics including identifying new opportunities.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Pharmacist) or Medical Doctor.
  • 7-10 years of proven experience in Business Development within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Understand Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Understand Pharmaceutical Product, Medical background of the product, registration regulations and patent related.
  • Understand Business Process, Financial Evaluation and Feasibility Analysis.
  • Good communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Computer Literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced English skills (spoken and written).
