Business Development Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or other related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations, preferably in professional services or consulting industry.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written). Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients
• Ability to identify business opportunities, prepare proposals, and achieve sales targets.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to expand and maintain professional networks, particularly with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Job Description:

• Finding and identifying new business opportunities to increase client base;
• Conducting product and service presentations to prospective clients;
• Managing relationships with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction;
• Developing sales strategies to achieve set targets;
• Work closely with the consulting team to ensure full understanding of the products and services offered.
