Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager with minimum 5 years of direct DMC experience and an understanding of the full lifecycle of destination-based events—from lead generation to execution oversight.

This is a revenue-driving, deal-closing, market-expanding leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth:

- Generate and convert new business

- Build strong pipeline

- Achieve revenue targets

Client & Account Management:

- Lead client engagement

- Translate briefs into proposals

DMC Expertise:

- Understand logistics, vendors, permits

- Align with operations

Market Expansion:

- Identify new markets

- Represent IEG at events

Requirements :

- Min 5 years DMC experience (mandatory)

- Strong deal-closing track record

- Fluent English + Bahasa

- Commercial mindset

- CRM discipline
