Business Development Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, expanding client partnerships not only in the Indonesia market but also outbound market, and promoting integrated digital marketing and AI SaaS solutions to local and regional clients. You will collaborate closely with internal Creative, Ad Operations, and regional strategy teams to deliver impactful, results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in Indonesia
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Pitch integrated digital marketing solutions, including performance media and pDOOH
  • Work closely with Marketing Team (Ad Operations/ Social Media/ KOL and Creative  teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct market research and identify emerging trends, platforms, and client needs
  • Develop sales strategies, proposals, and commercial models aligned with company goals
  • Achieve individual and team revenue targets
  • Collaborate with regional offices on cross-border and multi-market projects
Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid working permit for Indonesia
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
  • 2–6 years of experience in digital marketing agencies.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or key account management
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and performance-driven solutions
  • Experience selling media, digital solutions, or SaaS products is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English or Mandarin (both is a strong plus)
