ABOUT THE ROLE

As the BDM - Die Casting, you will be the techno-commercial expert and growth partner for Quaker Houghton's die casting solutions across SEA & Taiwan. You will drive business development, lead product trials at customer sites, and serve as the trusted technical advisor for strategic accounts -- bridging commercial growth and application engineering.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

●Identify and develop new business opportunities in the SEA die casting market

●Provide expert technical support on die casting lubricants, release agents, and process fluids

●Lead product trials, validation plans, and implementation at customer facilities

●Build and sustain executive-level relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and die casters

●Partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Global Product Management

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

●Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Metallurgy)

●5-8 years in sales / business development in die casting, metalworking fluids, or related manufacturing

●Strong knowledge of high-pressure die casting (aluminum & magnesium)

●Business-level English; Japanese is a plus

●Consultative selling and technical problem-solving mindset

LOCATION

Flexible -- can be based in Hanoi (Vietnam), Jakarta (Indonesia), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Bangkok (Thailand), or Taichung/Tainan (Taiwan).

Travel: 40-60% within SEA & Taiwan
