About the Role:
DCM Teknologi is on a rapid growth trajectory, and we are looking for a sharp, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
This is not a typical sales role. We need a Commercial Architect someone who can identify new business frontiers, particularly within the logistics and supply chain sectors, and back every proposal with rock-solid numerical data. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, a deep understanding of logistics, and a passion for financial modeling, you will thrive here.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities to expand DCM's footprint in logistics and distribution.
- Commercial Modeling: Develop detailed financial simulations, including pricing structures, logistics cost-benefit analyses, and P&L projections for new projects.
- Logistics Optimization: Design and oversee efficient supply chain models that align with both operational capabilities and financial targets.
- Partnership & Negotiation: Lead high-level negotiations with strategic partners, logistics vendors, and corporate clients to secure sustainable, high-margin contracts.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Translate market trends and complex datasets into actionable business strategies and growth roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between commercial goals and operational execution, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project feasibility and ROI.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, with a proven track record in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Distribution sectors.
- Analytical Prowess: Exceptional numerical and analytical skills. You must be comfortable building complex spreadsheets, calculating margins, and assessing financial risks.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to see the big picture while maintaining a meticulous eye for the details of a contract or a cost structure.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Tech Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for financial modeling) and experience with CRM tools.
- Attributes: Highly resilient, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
