After successfully growing our presence in the B2C market through leading e-commerce platforms, we are now expanding into the B2B segment to serve corporate clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (B2B) to spearhead our expansion into new markets. This role requires a strategic, entrepreneurial, and resourceful professional who can identify opportunities, build strong business relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to penetrate new markets and grow partnerships.
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients, distributors, and institutional buyers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and competitive insights.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to deliver tailored solutions for B2B clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of KOJO.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- Minimum 35 years of proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Partnership Management, preferably within retail, fashion, or consumer goods industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully closing B2B deals.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience in managing distributors or channel partners is an advantage.
