JOB DETAILS

1. Market Development:

  • Lead the expansion of AWING's presence in the Indonesian advertising market, identifying new business opportunities and market gaps.
  • Analyze emerging trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to formulate effective market entry and growth strategies.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including global and local agencies, brands, publishers, and media partners.

2. Business Growth & Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Optimize and standardize sales processes to meet international best practices.
  • Spearhead strategic partnerships to enhance AWING's market positioning.

3. Business Unit Leadership:

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring strong execution of sales strategies.
  • Set performance goals and drive a results-oriented culture.
  • Monitor market dynamics, sales performance metrics, and team effectiveness to continuously improve business outcomes.

4. Customer & Partner Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key advertising clients, agencies, and media networks.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with strategic partners.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, Market Capital Development team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Align business development initiatives with the company's overall strategic direction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years working experiences at manager level.
  • Proven leadership experience in business development or sales within DOOH/ OOH background industry preferred. Strong skills, familiarity and highly excellent in selling the Upper Funnel Media Channel.
  • Extensive network within the Indonesian advertising ecosystem (agencies, brands, publishers).
  • Strong strategic thinking, Sales Hunter, solution-oriented, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in managing sales teams, revenue targets, and Proven working directly with decision maker in the Regional level and strong know-how in closing global deal.
  • Ability to Involved in the full sales cycle process and drive business growth in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
