Business Development Manager

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, Finance, or related fields (Master's degree is an advantage)
• Min. 5-7 years experience in logistics, property, and industrial property leasing, warehouse or factory building commercialization (Experience in the business of warehouses and/or standard factory buildings is mandatory)
• Mandarin and Mid-level English communication (both conversation & writing) is a plus point
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Financial literacy (rent, yield, escalation, basic feasibility)

Job Description:

• Identify, approach, and secure tenants for logistics warehouses and standard factory buildings
• Manage portfolio to achieve the targeted occupancy rates, optimize rental, drive tenant renewals and expansions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination throughout the lease lifecycle
• Prepare leasing and revenue reports, support business planning, and portfolio growth strategies
