Job Description:
- Responsible to maintain and manage SMB Merchants through online communication channel (WhatsApp, Email, and Call) by offering campaign participation, slice price program and other initiative under merchant portfolio given
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with SMB Merchants to build relationships and increase the likelihood of sales conversions.
- Able to track and achieve personal goals/KPI given
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum of D3 or Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in any major
- Has prior 1 year of working experience in Account Management, Telesales, or Telemarketing
- Proven track record in portfolio management, preferably with direct experience handling Long Tail merchants or high-volume accounts
- Possesses solid functional knowledge of performance metrics and data tracking to drive merchant growth
- Previous experience or a strong, demonstrable interest in the E-wallet, food delivery, or e-commerce sectors
- Target-oriented with a strong internal drive to achieve individual and team goals
- Ability to handle moderate ambiguity and maintain high resilience in a fast-paced environment
