Responsible to maintain and manage SMB Merchants through online communication channel (WhatsApp, Email, and Call) by offering campaign participation, slice price program and other initiative under merchant portfolio given
Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with SMB Merchants to build relationships and increase the likelihood of sales conversions.
Able to track and achieve personal goals/KPI given
Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in any major
Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Management, Telesales, or Telemarketing
Proven track record in portfolio management, preferably with direct experience handling Long Tail merchants or high-volume accounts
Solid understanding of performance metrics and data tracking to drive merchant growth
Previous experience or a strong, demonstrable interest in the E-wallet, food delivery, or e-commerce sectors
Target-oriented with a strong internal drive to achieve individual and team goals
Ability to handle moderate ambiguity and maintain high resilience in a fast-paced environment
