Market Expansion: Research and identify new business opportunities for both B2B (Group Term Life, Group PA) and B2B2C segments.
Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively source and nurture prospects via cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
Partnership Development: Build and maintain strategic alliances with brokerage partners and corporate clients to strengthen market position.
Pitching & Negotiation: Prepare compelling business proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close agreements that align with revenue and margin goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside relevant stakeholders to align business models and new product rollouts.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales pipelines, MOM disciplines, track KPIs, and report business development progress to SVP Business Development
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in B2B and B2B2C partnership, wide networking with brokers and ecosystem companies, account management, and partnership building. Having more than 5 years experiences is preferable.
Commercial Acumen: Understanding of life insurance standard business process, updated regulations, market update and situation, financial metrics (ROI), and competitive analysis.
Communication: Impeccable verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Tech Proficiency: Understanding of API integration model is preferable
