Now, we're looking for someone who can connect those stories to real opportunities —
a Business Development & Partnership Lead who knows how to turn ideas into value, and conversations into deals.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow partnerships with brands, agencies, and digital platforms.
- Develop new revenue opportunities from talent, IPs, and campaigns.
- Create collaboration concepts that merge storytelling and business goals.
- Craft and present pitch decks that sell ideas, not just deliverables.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Work cross-functionally with creative & production teams to bring each partnership to life.
Requirements
- Min. 2 years of experience in Business Development / Partnership / Client Management (creative, digital, or media industry).
- Understands how brands think, creators move, and audiences connect.
- Excellent in communication, negotiation, and proposal crafting.
- Bonus points for having existing network with brands or agencies.
- Strong passion for digital storytelling, pop culture, and entertainment.
- Comfortable working with targets, timelines, and fast-paced creative environments.
