Business Development

Job Summary

As a Business Development, you will be responsible for driving KiriminAja's business growth in the Makassar area through acquiring new partners while also maintaining retention and long-term relationships with existing partners. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and field execution skills to support sustainable business growth.

We're looking for you if you:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
• Have experience in the expedition, logistics, or logistics aggregator industry (highly preferred)
• Possess strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Have a strong local network in the Makassar area
• Based in Makassar and familiar with the South Sulawesi area
• Willing to be mobile and conduct partner visits
• Proactive & adaptable
• Relationship & Target oriented
