365 Pilates Studio is a Japanese Pilates studio under PT. Japan Fitness Indonesia, dedicated to building a supportive Pilates community where individuals inspire each other to embrace a healthier lifestyle through Pilates practice. More than just a fitness center, our studio is committed to the personal growth of every client, 365 days a year. We offer Pilates classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced, with top-notch facilities and experienced instructors.
In this role, you will handle customer service, ensure smooth studio operations, and support social media strategies to enhance the studio's branding. You will also create positive experiences for clients and contribute to promotional activities, events, and documentation. This position offers comprehensive learning opportunities in studio operations and effective social media management.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and manage class reservations.
- Provide information about class schedules, studio programs, and ongoing promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback.
- Assist in creating light content for studio purposes.
- Respond to comments and direct messages on social media platforms.
- Ensure the cleanliness of studio equipment before and after classes.
- Support promotional activities at the studio, such as open houses or special discounts.
- Assist in event execution and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Final-year university student or recent graduate from any major (open to all educational backgrounds).
- Interested in fitness, Pilates, or a healthy lifestyle.
- Communicative, friendly, and has strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with using social media for promotion and engagement.
- Willing to learn and has a positive work attitude.
- Available to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends if needed.
- 6 months duration of internship
