About Recoolit
Recoolit is a climate technology company focused on reducing refrigerant emissions, one of the most overlooked contributors to climate change.
We are opening internship opportunities for fresh graduate and final-year students (option for full-time employment) who are eager to gain experience, work on meaningful projects, and contribute to real climate impact.
What You Will Do
- Conduct lead generation and prospecting activities.
- Support outreach to companies and coordinate client meetings.
- Prepare decks, proposals, CRM updates, and follow-up communications.
- Identify growth opportunities across various business verticals.
- Analyze industry and market trends and convert insights into short briefs.
- Assist with social media content, campaigns, and engagement.
- Support offline events: trade shows, forums, workshops, etc.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Help create marketing materials (collaterals, posts, blogs, case studies, email etc).
Ideal Candidate
- Final year student or fresh graduate (Business or Marketing) with a min GPA 3.0
- Past internship/ work experience in the same field would be an advantage.
- Strong communication, both verbal and written in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
- Confident with outreach and talking to partners/technicians.
- Analytical, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup.
