We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our growth initiatives. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn the fundamentals of B2B sales, lead generation, and partnership development in a fast-paced environment. Youll gain hands-on experience in prospecting, market research, CRM management, and supporting the sales cycle from outreach to conversion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and email outreach to potential leads provided by the Marketing or Sales team.
- Assist in qualifying leads and setting up discovery meetings or product demos for the Business Development team.
- Maintain and update lead activity in the CRM system with high accuracy.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategy development.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to follow up on campaign-generated leads.
- Provide weekly updates on outreach activities, conversion status, and pipeline insights.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and professional tone.
- High attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of business development, lead generation, or sales pipelines.
- Comfortable handling cold calls, outreach, and following up with prospects.
- Eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Prior internship or part-time experience in telesales, business development, or customer engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Lark, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, digital marketing, or tech industry is a plus.
- Content writing or email marketing exposure is a bonus.
Language Requirements
- Bahasa Indonesia Fluent/native (for external communication).
- English Basic working proficiency (for internal communication and tools).
