We are currently seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development / Sales professional for our client, a growing design & build company handling interior and construction projects across both B2B and B2C segments.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales capabilities, relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in achieving targets, regardless of industry background. Candidates from automotive, banking, property, real estate, hospitality, luxury retail, insurance, and other client-facing sales industries are encouraged to apply, particularly those with experience handling premium or luxury market clientele.
You will work closely with management to identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and identify potential clients through networking, referrals, partnerships, and other sales channels while building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial offers to prospective clients, including negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Conduct market mapping and stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction
- Manage client accounts and maintain strong after-sales relationships to support long-term business growth
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and strategic recommendations for business improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or client acquisition roles
- Preferred exposure includes contractor, interior design, real estate, architecture, luxury market (banking, automotive, hospitality, retail, and premium consumer brands), or other relationship-driven industries. Candidates with experience handling premium or luxury market clientele are highly welcomed to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously
- Highly motivated, proactive, target-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with a strong commercial mindset and closing ability
