New Business Opportunity Development:
Conduct research and analyze industry trends to support market penetration strategies.
Develop and execute plans to acquire new customers (corporate & retail).
Business Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing and sales strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing and underwriting teams to create products that meet market needs.
Monitor the effectiveness of strategies and conduct evaluations to improve performance.
Strategic Relationship Management
Establishing relationships with brokers, business partners, industry associations, and potential clients.
Building strategic partnerships (partnerships or bundling programs) to expand distribution channels.
Internal Coordination
Collaborate with underwriting, product, finance, legal, and compliance teams to support the acquisition process.
Provide market insights and input for product and service development.
Reporting & Analysis
Compiling prospect reports, sales pipelines, and target achievements.
Analyzing the effectiveness of business programs and providing recommendations for improvement.
Compliance & Regulation
Ensuring that all business development activities comply with OJK regulations and internal company policies.
Maintaining business ethics and confidentiality of company and partner information.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of work experience in insurance, especially in business development.
Strong understanding of insurance products and the dynamics of the insurance market in Indonesia.
Communicative, with good networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, analytical, and highly target-oriented.
Professional certification or basic insurance knowledge is preferred.
