Business Development Hospitality (Project Invesment)

Company Description

Our client is a property developer established in 2015 and a subsidiary of Wuzhou Investment Group (China), currently hiring for the Folk Hotel Operation position located in Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and financial modeling for potential hospitality investment projects.

2. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisition targets within the hotel and lifestyle sectors.

3. Prepare detailed investment proposals, financial projections, and ROl analyses for management review.

4. Manage project budgeting, capital allocation, and cost control throughout the investment cycle.

5. Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

6. Monitor ongoing investment performance and prepare periodic reports for management and investors.

7. Build and maintain relationships with investors, property owners, and government or local partners.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, Investment, or related fields.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project investment, financial analysis, or business development, preferably in the hospitality industry.

3. Strong understanding of investment feasibility, budgeting, and ROI evaluation.

4. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. Proficient in financial modeling and investment risk assessment.

6. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
