This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bandung for a Head of Business Development. The role involves leading and overseeing business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving expansion strategies. Daily tasks include formulating and executing effective business plans, conducting market analysis, managing key accounts, and driving sales initiatives to achieve set goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance OYO's market presence will be a key focus of the role.

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and Business Development
• Proven experience in Sales and Account Management
• Sharp Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, forecast outcomes, and drive strategy
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Familiarity with the hospitality or real estate industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment
