The Funding Partnerships team supports the growth of Monee's Indonesia business through negotiating and onboarding strategic partners for the funding of Monee's products.
Responsible for driving the partnership project timeline and liaising with external and internal cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Risk, Operations, Legal, Finance, Tax, etc).
Work closely with product managers to drive project implementation from process design, articulation and prioritisation of business requirements, UAT and live-testing.
Work closely with the Operations team to define and establish standard operating procedures and process flows.
Tracking, reporting and monitoring business performance, with an aim to improve processes to optimise funding partnerships.
Manage live issues raised by existing partners and work with internal stakeholders to resolve them.
Optimise funding allocation with a data-driven approach.
Research and keep abreast of the various partnership schemes and Indonesia Multi Finance and Peer-to-Peer regulatory framework.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and above in Business Management, Computer Science/Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics and other related fields.
At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in financial services industry with knowledge of lending products (e.g. personal loans, micro loans, fintech lending, credit card).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be a self-starter and a quick learner, independent and flexible, with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on cross-functional projects.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high intensity work environment.
Experience with data skillsets like SQL is a plus.
