Job Description
The Funding Partnerships play crucial role to support the growth of Monee's Indonesia business through onboarding and managing Monee's funding project with its Financial institution Lenders
- Support the execution of funding project, with a focus on Loan Channeling, Joint Financing or other structured financing solutions
- Assist in end-to-end funding project, including portfolio analysis and management, due diligence, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Tracking, reporting and monitoring lender's portfolio, with an aim to maintain bank's portfolio performance and improve processes to optimise funding allocation and partnerships
- Work closely with Operations, Product, Risk, Legal, Finance, and external funding partners to facilitate the smooth execution of day to day funding tasks and project
- Leverage Excel or SQL to analyze Lender's portfolio, transaction performance, and operations to support business decisions
- Stay abreast on funding structure, competitor intelligence and Indonesia's regulatory framework across BNPL and Peer-to-Peer lending landscape
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Min 4 years of experience in deal structuring, structured finance, treasury, banking, fintech, consulting, or other analytical roles.
- Exposure to lending products (e.g. personal loans, credit cards, consumer finance) is preferred. Experience in Loan-Channeling, securitization or structured lending is an advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across local and regional cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
